All submitted ads have to meet these specifications (deviating from this may produce pixelated, cropped, or unprintable results):
Dimensions: 7.5” x 10”
Minimum resolution: 200dpi
This means that a submitted ad is exactly this size and shape and ready to insert directly onto the page with no adjustments or additional design.
You can submit your print-ready corporate ads to Tommy Hays at brockmediaguide@gmail.com.
Senior Ad parents: If your child’s ad is sponsored by a business, the business would purchase the corporate ad and submit their logo to brockmediaguide@gmail.com.

Photos you can choose from will be accessible at THIS LINK. Once your child’s gallery is up, choose what photo you love, and if you hover over it with your cursor on a desktop, you’ll see the filename.
Send an email to: brockmediaguide@gmail.com
In the subject line, put the first and last name of the athlete.
In the body of the email, indicate the filename of the desired Tommy Hays photo for the senior ad so Tommy Hays knows what image to use. ONLY these photos can be used for a senior ad. If you have a short message (One, maybe two brief sentences), you can include that in the email as well.
